Mr. Pierre Shama, the Director of our Company has been associated at the executive level with major Wall Street Investment Banking Firms for over twenty years. He is also an active member of the VSV-ASG- SAAM, the Swiss Association of Asset Managers, the leading professional association for around 770 independent asset managers in Switzerland.
What is Independent Asset Management ?
In general, an Independent Asset Manager manages the assets of his/her client and advises them in matters of finance and capital.
Independent Asset Managers are additionally distinguished by the manner in which they look after the customer's assets according to their own convictions, meaning, free from third-party influence.
One benefit to the customer is that the choice of investment products is not limited. Furthermore, an Independent Asset Manager often has more time for customers and therefore is able to provide add value thorough advice in a more diverse framework.
Through the management agreement, the Independent Asset Manager acts on behalf of the client. His portfolio lies in the account at the deposit bank.
